Strategic Finance & Accounting
Financial analysis, forecasting, variance management, capital planning, investor and board reporting, audit readiness, internal controls, and decision support.
I help organizations bring structure, clarity, and financial intelligence to complex programs, aligning accounting rigor with PMO leadership, capital governance, and strategic decision-making.
My work lives in the space where finance, governance, operations, and execution must move together. I translate complex financial and program information into decisions leaders can act on.
For more than twelve years, I have worked at the intersection of strategic finance, accounting, enterprise program management, and operational execution, helping organizations navigate complex initiatives with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.
My career began in accounting and audit, where I developed a deep respect for financial integrity, internal controls, and disciplined decision-making. Those foundations taught me that strong organizations do more than report numbers accurately. They use financial information to guide strategy, manage risk, and protect long-term value.
As my career evolved, I moved beyond traditional financial reporting into large-scale capital programs and enterprise PMO leadership. I have partnered with executives, engineers, operations teams, procurement professionals, technology leaders, contractors, auditors, investors, and board members to guide initiatives from planning through closeout.
Today, I help organizations align financial strategy with operational execution. My work includes cost forecasting, portfolio governance, commercial oversight, audit readiness, change management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, process improvement, and cross-functional program leadership.
I am most energized by complex business problems. Whether I am strengthening a reporting framework, improving internal controls, clarifying a capital forecast, or building governance around a high-risk initiative, my goal is the same: create structure that helps people make better decisions and move with confidence.
My advantage is not choosing between accounting and PMO. It is knowing how to use both disciplines to strengthen execution.
